Teh Kee Sin, is our Independent Non-Executive Chairman. His background includes leadership roles in NGOs and government advisory boards, providing him with deep knowledge of SME policies and operations. He holds an MBA and qualifications in supply chain management.

Mr Ivan Na Keh Chai

Managing Director

Ivan Na Keh Chai, is the Managing Director, Promoter, and a substantial shareholder. With over 27 years of experience in the lifting and handling equipment industry, he has been instrumental in the Group’s development since acquiring an equity interest in PHEM in 2002. He is responsible for the Group’s overall direction, business development, financial management, and daily operations. He holds a Diploma in Technology (Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College.

Mr Choo Chee Yong

Executive Director

Choo Chee Yong, is our Executive Director, Promoter, and substantial shareholder. With over 27 years of experience in the lifting and handling equipment industry, he co-founded and developed key subsidiaries. He is responsible for overseeing the group’s daily technical operations, including engineering design, fabrication, assembly, installation and commissioning of lifting and handling equipment, research and development, quality management and products delivery.

Ms Clessense Kho Mei Chee

Executive Director

Clessense Kho Mei Chee is the Executive Director, holding a Master’s in Real Estate Economics and Finance from LSE. Since joining the group in 2018, she has advanced from a Personal Assistant to a Director role at PMSB, demonstrating strong leadership in sales, strategic planning, and business performance. She now oversees the group’s entire sales and marketing function.

Ms Law Lee Yan

Independent Non- Executive Director

Law Lee Yen, is an Independent Non-Executive Director. A qualified CPA and Chartered Accountant, she has extensive experience in audit, tax, and finance. She is the founder of her own audit and tax firms. She currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of several public listed companies on Bursa Securities.

Mr Razi Bin Abdullah

Independent Non-Executive Director

Razi Bin Abdullah, is our Independent Non-Executive Director. Since retiring in 2013, he has been a consultant and trainer in occupational safety and have co-founded TG Training & Services. He also serves as a part-time assessor for the National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH).

Ms Eileen Su Lee Ming

Independent Non-Executive Director

Dr. Eileen Su Lee Ming, is our Independent Non-Executive Director. She holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London and is a registered Professional Engineer. Currently an Associate Professor at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, she has extensive experience in engineering education, research, and industrial consultation, including a role as a SMART Factory Consultant.

Mr Chin Yanjiang

Chief Financial Officer

Chin Yanjiang, our Chief Financial Officer, is a CPA (Australia) and Chartered Accountant (MIA). With a background in audit and accounting roles at firms like Grant Thornton MSW and RSM, he oversees the group’s financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, and tax planning. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) from Multimedia University.

Ms Soo Sheau Wen

Head of Human Resources and Administration

Soo Sheau Wen, is our Head of Human Resources and Administration. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Multimedia University. Sheau Wen commenced her career at PHEM in 2021 as a Personal Assistant to the Executive Director. She was promoted to Operations Manager in 2024, and to her current role later that year, where she oversees HR, administration, and production operations.
