Powertechnic Group Berhad was incorporated under the name of Powertechnic Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia on 23 April 2021 under the Companies Act 2016 (“Act”) as a private limited company. Subsequently, on 27 November 2024, Powertechnic Group Berhad was converted to a public limited company under its present name to facilitate the listing.  Powertechnic Group Berhad is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Powertechnic is predominantly involved in the provision of lifting systems and maintenance, repair, and related services.

Powertechnic Handling Equipment (M) Sdn Bhd (“PHEM”) was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1965 on 25 March 2002 under its present name. PHEM is principally involved in the provision of lifting systems, maintenance and repair services.

Powertechnic Marketing Sdn Bhd (“PMSB”) was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the Act on 23 May 2017 under its present name. PMSB is principally involved in the provision of elevators, and maintenance and repair services. 

Powertechnic Resources Sdn Bhd (“PRSB”) was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1965 on 30 December 2015 under its present name. PRSB is principally involved in the supply of parts and consumables, and procurement.
